Returns/Exchanges Policy

 

We want your shopping experience at GlamSociety to be glam easy. We hope you would fall in love with every item that you order from us, but if you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will be more than happy to assist you.

Return Information

- We accept returns that are postmarked within 21 days from the delivery date.

- We will ONLY accept returns on items that are Unworn, Unwashed, and with original packaging (labels and tags attached). All returned items are subject to quality check by our returns department and any items not returned back in its original condition will be sent back to the customer at customer's expense. 

- Refunds will be issued back in the form of original method of payment. If the order was placed using In Store Credit - it will be refunded back to In Store Credit.

- Shoes must be returned in their original box as it was sent and must be placed inside of an additional protective shipping box/cover so the shoes box doesn't get crushed and damaged during transit process. Also, postage and stickers must not be affixed to the top of the shoes box. Damage to the shoes box which is not in re-sellable condition is ineligible for return and will be shipped back to the customer at his/her expense.

- Please send us an email to returns@glamsociety.com with your name, order number, and the item you wish to return, You will be receiving an email reply with RAN# (Return Authorization Number) within 48 hours (excluding Sat. Sun. and Holidays). All unauthorized returns will not be accepted and returned back to the sender at sender's cost.

- Please make sure to keep your return shipment tracking number. GlamSociety will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered shipments to our warehouse.

 

Return Processing

- Please allow 14-21 days from the date you ship your item back to us. It usually takes 2-5 business days for the transit of the package back to our warehouse. Once received, items will be inspected and processed within 7-10 business days. Once processing is complete, depending on your financial company, it will take additional 2-4 business days to see it posted on your financial statement.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

- Lingeries, Intimates, and Under Garments are NOT eligible for Return.

- On Sale Items are NOT eligible for Return.

- Any items that has odor, hair, makeup, deodorant, perfume, damaged, ripped, cut, or any stains are NOT eligible for return and will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense.

- Special Occasion Dresses are NOT eligible for Return - we ONLY allow one time courtesy size exchange. Please notify us via email within 3 days of receiving your pacakge for any size exchange requests. For size exchange, please email to returns@glamsociety.com

Once we receive the exchange request email, we will issue a Return Authorization Number( RAN#) to be used for Exchange via email. Any exchange shipment without RAN# will be shipped back to the customer at his/her expense.  Size exchange is allowed within the same style and color only.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Refused or undeliverable packages due to wrong address given by customer at the time of checkout are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used for that order.

  • Next Day or 2 Days Shipping: $20 return cost
  • 3 Day Shipping and Ground Shipping: $10 return cost

These costs will be deducted from your refund. Want to reship a refused or undeliverable package? The new shipping costs will depend on which method you choose.

Defective/Missing Items

GlamSociety thoroughly inspects all order shipments with high quality standards. But if you receive a shipment with defective item or missing item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. So please open and check your items immediately. You must notify us via email to returns@glamsociety.com for any defective or missing items within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will be more than happy to assist you.
